There is no need to confirm anything Sergey' said.
You should accept it as TRUE by default.
If the Sergey's advice didn't work for you just search the bug in you, not in the advice :-)

Just joking, but Sergey always measures his answers and post when he is very sure that the code/advice he posted is right.
