But then the guys in the darker uniforms may spoil the whole thing - they may even turn on the light when entering an apartment, which would be unheard of, and would kill the atmosphere (which is largely built on lack of light). And the main actors would get less airtime (do they so become lesser airpersons?) which would strain the terms of their contracts.
And what do you mean "highly-skilled"? You just gave an example where the guy can learn all the electronics he needs to know in a couple of weeks... so that surely doesn't count as much of a skill.
