>Yesterday, I took a pack of 6 eggs tryng to make french toast for my kids...
>To my surprise second egg come up with two yolks. Wow! You don't see that very often!
>So I called my daughter & son to show them this strange phenomenon.
>But then, third egg came up again with - two yolks!
>Then I thought I am going crazy... All remaining ones came out with two yolks each, so I ended up with
>'score' of 6 eggs = 11 yolks.
>Go figure.
Not that uncommon. I've seen those before - but there seems to be something to the packaging. You may go without seeing any of them for months, then happen upon a package with several. Wife and I have concluded that these are seen on the transparency test (you know, looking at the egg against a bright surface) and put aside, then later additionally rechecked. Those that pass, pass together and end up in the same carton.
