One of the most annoying things I see is users answering questions on a subject that they have no or very little knowledge of.

I suppose that I am one of the few people around here who actually agrees with you. There is certainly no shortage of expertise around here, so it is not like someone who doesn't know the answer or understand the question should feel compelled to post anything. Some who actually has the knowledge will probably be by to give a better answer in a few minutes.

For a newbie who is seeking answers, receiving the wrong answer is worse than receiving no answer.
