In the process of transfer my projects etc. to a new computer. All has been going well, however, when i access the help on the new computer the Help comes up but what ever i pick on the left panel the following is given to me on the right panel.

The address is not valid
most likely causes:
there might be a typing error in the address
(etc......)

Is my issue with the VFP help? Or does it have something to do with IE

I have ie 7 version 7.0.5730.13
