We are seeing the following error msg when citrix users run a report that outputs to an XLS file via a COPY TO command (not automation).

OLE error code 0x80070026: Reached the end of the file.

This does NOT happen for non-citrix users.

The COPY TO file is located in a subfolder on their C drive, and the specified file type is XL5.

Any ideas?
