I added RELATIVE and its still behaving the same way.

I have three forms open. I added a shortcut menu to a right click on a grid. When i rightclick, one of the other two forms jumps in front depnding which of the two was active before I clicked on the form with the shortcut on it.

Is there any setting on the form like alway on top or something that has to do with this behavier.
