I tried a few times.
1) It allows only a couple of connections from a given IP so downloader FlashGet was basically being kicked out.
2) Using FireFox default downloader or opening directly in 7-Zip the file was coming truncated thus corrupted.
3) IE also has this same problem.
4) FireFTP unraveled the mystery:
421 Maximum session time exceeded - closing.
