The co-op I linked elsewhere in the thread is in a fairly "granola" neighborhood, and ours is increasingly granola as well. (You see a lot of Priuses around here.)

Also, fwiw, my parents and sister belonged to a co-operative swim club for years. It just was sold to private ownership after operating as a co-op for at least 50 years.
