Point of order.
1) Not all bailout beneficiaries wanted the money, many were forced to accept
2) Congress passed an unconstitutional resolution to seize bonuses in bailed out companies
3) The POTUS made a business decision regarding the leadership of a bailed out company
4) Congress is working on a resolution to gain control of all compensation throughout a bailed out company
Nationalization by any other name is still the same.
How on earth anyone finds this situation remotely acceptable, let alone laudable is beyond my ability to fathom.
