If you tried to launch malware, superantispyware, AVG or anything else virus related, it would kill the window. Killed the window if you tried going to trendmicro.com, symantec, etc. too. We had two pcs with this problem. I wound up formatting and reinstalling. Good for me, but bad for them. We now run Malware, SuperAntiSpyware and AVG on every pc!
