Hello Everyone,
I need to know if a remote server is running from within my application, I have tried these methods:

GetAddrInfo
PING
GetHostByName (deprecated, but still works)
DIRECTORY()

all of them work, but veeeery slow when the server is not running. Any suggestion of a faster way to do this?

Thank you in advance.
