>After upgrading my app to SP2 (it was VFP 9 with no Service Pack), the app's EXE refuses to start on a client machine running Vista (the error message "Could not load resources" comes up). I have the runtime files in the same directory with the application EXE. I tried manually registering the VFP9 DLLs. VFP9R.DLL registered, but both GDIPLUS.DLL and VFP9ENU.DLL failed registration with the message "entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found".

Hi Tim,
Application requires VFP9RENU.DLL (runtime language resource file) not VFP9ENU.DLL(IDE language resource file). See
http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~VFP9RuntimeFiles for details
