I've created a form in VFP6 with scrollbars = 3-Both. The form comes from a subclass of the baseform class used in the VFP6 framework.

At run-time the form, which is essentially my own version of the WinHelp SHG/hot point editor, gets a large bitmap loaded onto it.

It works fine on my development machine - the scroll bars appear. On another machine however, the scroll bars do not appear.
What am I doing wrong?
