I'm posting a screen capture of the combobox.

The first combo (outside my datatemplate) shows that the data for the phonetypes is getting pulled, and the actual phone #'s appear in the grid, but I can't seem to get the combobox in the grid to populate and bind to the phone # records.

I've been noticing most of the samples seem to be using a RelativeSource, but I haven't been able to hit upon the solution.

Any suggestions?
