If you need the multithreaded runtime (VFP9T.DLL) today for testing then you need to pull it out of the Merge Module included in the download by building an installer. AFAIK, VFP9T.DLL doesn't include the reporting engine. So, even though the build number got bumped up in the MSM, I would expect
the bits to be the same as the previous version.

Edit: Never mind. I see now that you meant this latest download should include the previous VFP9T.DLL.
