I'm wondering how to auto-convert the file without showing the user the message. I want to keep the file and not delete it or turn it off. I looked at the code for convert.prg but that seems to only convert forms and screens and reports and projects - not preference files. Any ideas on how to detect when the file is in 2.6 format and what's different between that an 6.0 format?
I believe you can find file version based on the header of the table.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
