Do you have SQL Server failover cluster as well?

>I have SQL Server 2000 installed on two servers running Windows Server 2003 which I will refer to p2, v2, p3, and v3. The p represents physical and v represents virtual. The two servers are members a Windows three server cluster. When I attempt to connect to SQL server through enterprise manager or query analyzer on p3 or v3, I receive access denied or server does not exist.. I receive the error when I use the SQL sa account or my windows domain account which is a member of the SQL admins group. I successfully connect to SQL with enterprise manager and query analyzer on p2 and v2. When I stop SQL server on p2 or v2, SQL server stops on p2 or v2 and p3 or v3 and vice versa. When I start SQL server on p2 or v2, SQL Server starts on p2 & v2 and p3 & v3 and vice versa.
