Thanks for responding.

After the data to print the merge is in comma delimited format, how would I invoke, for instance, WordPad to accept the data and print the specific letter.
We have no standards for word processors, and since all workstations are 95 I can be assured that they all can use WordPad. Thanks for any suggestions!
