It's not a matter of thinking it, it has already happened. The banks who've accepted or been forced to accept TARP money are now subject to the whims of the FED, the Congress and Obama's administration. No black helicopters necessary, just a pen.

Even worse than this, there are banks that were forced to take TARP money that they didn't want under the threat of a government audit. This is extortion, it is illegal, and if it were you or I committing the crime, we would be in jail.
