The Tools > Options settings are stored in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\9.0 key.
You can find location of foxuser.dbf which stores the rest of settings using '? SET("Resource",1)'
The toolbox stuff should be in the HOME(7) folder.
