If it is primarily the structure that you are needing, I would suggest getting them to copy the .mdb file for you and then asking them to de-nature the data so that you can look at it - although a non-disclosure agreement would be easier.

Be aware that you might need to copy more than one .mdb file - access programs are commonly split into program.mdb---(link)---> data.mdb: i.e. all the data is in a data file but queries, code, logic, etc. are in a program file with links to the appropriate data (one program file on each users' machine).

Also, if they have used any of the JET built-in security features, you may need to copy the system.mda file (or the developer's copy) to use the data off-site.
