I guess, you will have to live with this. There is nothing terrible in having disabled 'close' button visible. However, if you insist on having this kind of non-standard appearance then you may remove form's titlebar completely (form.titlebar=.F.) and create your own 'titlebar' (container with icon and text) on top of the form.
