Aren't we doing that all? We are forcing whole countries to our will.

My position on gun ownership is clear: The world will be alot safer without gun ownership. There is no valid reason to allow normal citizens to own a gun 'for self defence'. Recent events in both the US and Europe has shown what horror someone could cause when getting their hands on guns and being in a depressed mood.

I know gun ownership is something that is cultural deeply embbedded in american society, but really it should not have any place in this modern age.
