In fact, you have to look really hard to find pointers in API functions that might of use for a VFP developer. A second reason is that the current version can only deal with pointer to strings when the components creates them, pointer that have allocated by Windows are currently not supported.
I can can think of a structure that might be of use, any of the PRINTER_INFO structures. I've shied away from these because they involve, at least a DWORD and pointers to three strings (PRINTER_INFO_1). Terrific idea, I'll give it a shot.
