Hi All,

My idea of a dotted border is what you see around the caption of a checkbox when it has
focus -- i.e., single-pixel dots.

The (3 - Dot) setting of BorderStyle for shapes produces small dashes, instead of
individual dots. Anyone know how to get (or fudge) a BorderStyle that is truly
comprised of dots?
