As a matter of fact, yes, I did see it, and will keep an eye on how things develop. In a way the most surprising thing in the article was that only 10% of addicts are even aware there are medical treatments available. Then again, not really. As a regular AA meeting goer, I can tell you most of them believe it is a spiritual disorder, not a medical one. I am not convinced of that yet. I keep going because I think it's beneficial for me to go to meetings and be around people who have succeeded in long term sobriety. But I haven't drunk the Kool Aid yet, put it that way.
