When i start up fox pro, go to command window ,and start the initial program - scroll wheel works in browse mode (example 1 below works).

When i start up foxpro BYPASSING the command window and moving directly into an initial program:
the mouse wheel does does NOT function as a scrolling tool.

scrolling with wheel through a text file from a program (modi file mytext.txt) without an activated window does NOT work either.

If i cancel program at any time so that the command window now appears and restart my initial program from dot prompt - re-activates the wheel scroll and everything works fine. This however is clumsy solution.

Any suggestions for a line of code that would correct this?
