The Development and Test Editions of Visual Studio Team System have code coverage tools, though this can be expensive.
You can look through CodePlex for some options. SharpDevelop has code coverage functionality, but that may not be what you're looking for since you would have to run your code in SharpDevelop.
I haven't look at any other commercial products, but I know that there are some out there.
