Hello Everyone,
I need to send and e-mail using MS Outlook that will allow the e-mail recipient to reply back by clicking
in one of two buttons, i.e., "Approved" or "Declined", when clicking either one of the buttons it will
run an executable or VB Script code to do something else.

What is the most practical way to do it and why?
1 - Use HTML within outlook
2 - Use a custom Outlook form.

Thank you
