Is different? Does your government use these techniques with your citizens? For instance on a dangerious serial killer for save children?

My own countries officers did torture to my own people but even these officers never named it -legally- . At 21.century that's really unbeliavable. Obama says "these CIA inspectors won't be judge". That made me very disappointed. These man and whoever said them "that's legal" should be judge.
