VFPOLEDB provider works on a 64 bits OS (I have been using it on Vista 64 for example). However, it wouldn't work if 64 bits applications makes a call too it. I think you meant the latter. For the same reason, last year I thought it might be a solution to use ADS driver to access dbf data and suggested it on MSDN forums. However later I talked with Joachim from Sybase and he said that there weren't an 64 bits ADO or ODBC driver for dbf. Here is the link:
