Thanks, Christoph. That's much more complete code than I expected. I like the idea that the interface is an object with properties for the output directory--exactly what I'm looking for. I was really excited about it until I looked at the pricing link you sent. It costs $1500 if you need to install it on Terminal Server. That's more than either client would pay I'm sure. These are both small companies that allow users to work from home up to 2 days per week but there are never more than 2 people working remotely on any given day. That makes the product pretty expensive at $750 per seat!

Which Fineprint product do you use? It looks like the PDFfactory Server Edition might work for us if we can suppress the dialogs and control the output directories. For $60, it could be a real bargain, especially compared to Bullzip. But, do you really have to edit registry keys to change the output directory? That sounds a bit messy. I have emailed them for info but haven't received a response yet.
