Yeah a sad trend. You cannot prevent anyone, anywhere to get their hand on a gun if they really want to. But that does not mean you should make the use of guns part of your accepted culture.

what are you saying would be the alternative? Having all people in the bar holding a gun ?? Do you really think that would make the situation in the bar much safer? You only can prevent these horrific events by eliminating the Gun... nothing else would work.
