I must be missing something:

When I:

Create a form. "MODI FORM Test"
Add a property to the form.
Set the properties value to;

=DateTime()

Save the form
Edit the form from the command window "MODI FORM Test"

When I look at the property, DateTime() has not been evaluated. (I wouldn't expected it to be. Otherwise how could you ever edit it?)
When I RUN the form the property is filled with the DateTime()

Am I being dense? :)
