Even if Microsoft does create anything like that , I doubt , you would be happy with generated code for maintenance purposes ( unless WPF generated code will never change, which is unlikely ). To my knowledge Microsoft offers inter-operation between Windows Forms and WPF and if re-doing application from scratch is not realistic , one may start impressing clients with WPF slowly replacing some functionality or producing new parts in that.
