In the config.FPW file, place a line like

  COMMAND=DO RatFace
  
  **************
  * RatFace.Prg
  **************
  _Screen.BackColor= RGB( 255,0,0) && blue
  _Screen.Caption= "Foo"
  ON KEY LABEL F12 o= SYS(1270) && my favorite OKL
  * etc... 

Alternately, you could place these lines early in your main.prg...
