What is interesting is both are System.Windows.Forms.Textbox controls and the one in Windows Forms has a clear() method but the one used in the PocketPC application does not have that method. I didn't really look deeper to see if there was an interface or something different, but it did surprise me.

BTW, I followed this Jump Start through and there is nothing specific to MereMortals here (except for using the existing Web Service). In my case I would like to use SQL Server CE instead. Do you know where can I find some info about retrieving and inserting data to it?

Thanks in advance.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
