Once I worked on a project where the client was in Hawaii, most developers in India and some devs/analysts here in MD.
11 hour time difference to India plus 6 hours diff to Hawaii..it turned out to be an at least 12 hour job. I share the same experience: massive PITA and I had to move elsewhere.
