Interesting. Advantage offers a free ODBC driver that works with VFP 9 data, but I don't know if it is 64-bit. I see they also offer a .NET provider, but I don't know if it has the same capabilities as the ODBC driver. Anyway, another potential solution.
>If you need ODBC access to Visual FoxPro tables and/or the DBC (Version 3.0 of VFP) from a 64-bit platform you can try the DataDirect Technologies solution (www.DataDirect.com) You get a 15 day free trial to allow you to install, test and determine if this is the solution you need. This isn't a set of free tools and I don't have the quote from them yet but if you really need a solution this works. I've tried it and now I don't have to fall back to a 32-bit OS. > >I've put up a two part series of documents with the steps you'll need to take to install and configure the various parts. > >Part 1: http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dg9v47st_26c75rkjff > >Part 2: http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dg9v47st_30gqqdwgf4 > >Let me know your results if you like.
