A common pattern I have observed is that everytime we release a new options, either requested by one or many members, or an option which we decided to implement, many are always taking that occasion to bring back old topics or to complain in general instead of simply saying thanks or something nice I guess. But, it is better than it was before as the site is more generic now. With all the requests we have agreed on for several years, there was way too many customization and this was making it extremely difficult to support. Personally, I haven't seen any other site which went that far. But, as mentioned in the last two days, there is still a major point to the support area which needs to be simplified. I just do not know about it as if we are trying to implement that, many will simply jump on it and it will just never end.

I always tell everyone that this is my favorite site in terms of the user interface. No other forums I ever visited can compare with this one.
