Especially considering 36,000 people die from flu related causes every year. However, this has the potential to get out of hand so it is a good thing everyone is focusing on stopping its spread now before it does.

However, considering there is an incubation period, not sure that can be done:

"Border guardings, thermal imaging will not detect much of this flu when it eventually comes through because a lot of people will be incubating," he said.
