VFP 6.0 + InstallShield Express + Catalyst ActiveX + DynaZip ActiveX controls.

In testing I have a copy of Windows 95 - earliest copy of 95 from diskettes with no service packs applied. (Worst case)

1) When I install the software I get a failure of 10 different files failing to register.
2) I choose NOT to reboot.
3) I do a uninstall immediately.
4) I reinstall and all the files Register.
5) Reboot and EVERYTHING WORKS.

Issues:
1) I install the files listed on MS VFP Web site for a VFP 6.0 installation.

Questions:
1) Does a uninstall NOT uninstall certain \SYSTEM files that were installed form the first installation?
2) Does the order of files needing registration matter? InstallShield allows me to move them up or down.

Any advice?
