I have two tables in my form, the first employee table which contains orgcode and the orgfile library with orgcode & orgname.

I want these two tables to work together so I can show in my form the employee.orgcode and the orgfile.orgname. So I put these two tables in my DE and drag from orgfile the orgcode into the employee table's orgcode, hoping as my user clicks on the "Next" button, the text I have for orgname will show the correct value. Textbox for orgname has control source set to orgfile.orgname.

But I'm not getting the correct result.

Pls help.
