>>>My first instinct was a typical flu bug. However, we now have suspected cases (not proven yet) here in North Carolina and the state is waiting on the results. My daughter attends college classes with some other students who went to Mexico for spring break and returned sick. At the time she thought it was hilarious (she's only 17 and of course was not allowed to go). Now, given the news reports, it's not so funny. If it wasn't for that, I probably wouldn't be so concerned. We should find out tomorrow... I hope your sons gets better soon.

>>Thank goodness, this version of the swine flu seems to be mild for most people who contract it.
>>Nevertheless, being a geezer and all, I think I'll hibernate for six weeks.
>>BTW - You may add 'Sudden dizziness' to the symptoms for this newest release of the flu app.
>>Wash your hands often, avoid crowds and people who cough or sneeze.

Good plan :))

Oh oh - It has just been revealed that the swine flu was originally released into our modern world when global warming caused a massive ice berg to break from Greenland's shrinking ice cap. The giant berg drifted south to the Mexican waters of the Carribean where it melted and revealed an ancient fossilized pig carcus that scientists say was infected with the flu virus eons ago.
I ain't skeert of nuttin eh?
Yikes! What was that?
