I've played around with a bunch of them and I liked ANTS Profiler from Red Gate. It was the easiest to get up and running (most seem to have a bunch of hoops you have to jump through for ASP.NET apps. Not so with ANTS) and just sort of worked the way I was expecting it to. With some of the others it was a multistep process to log then display the profile. I've never really been a fan of the way Red Gate packages/prices their products, "oh, you want this other feature? That's 50% more", so I really wanted to like other products more. But I really liked theirs best.
