Since my message referenced the House, Dodd isn't terribly relevant. Having spent some time in Greenwich, CT, last week (a town so wealthy and sure of itself that there's _no_ public beach or marina, despite having a long stretch of shore along Long Island Sound), the idea that the place is represented by a Democrat in Congress is truly mind-boggling.
