Presidents of the United States are privy to a vast amount of information that is not, and may never be, available to we, the common people. White house decisions are not made quickly by one person. Some brilliant people assist in the decision making for all presidents included your buddy Barak Obama. (Who also is doing some things based on information you may never know about.)
