I found pdftodocconverter.com
Convert PDF to HTML also. But what I really need is a DLL I can call passing the PDF
I need to be able to do it in code w/o the user knowing of course.

Then I can say oSafeItem.htmlbody = convertedto.HTM
I sent them an email, maybe there is an engine to do this.
