By quality of life I mean travel, health care,leisure,culture,family time. We can agree that americans work the longest hours in the world.

Public money that should be used to help other americans in need.
I think we are at the point that national healthcare should be mandatory. The gov could give tax credits (or some form of bailout money since this is the trend now) to buy insurance and work with the insurance industry to remove preexisting issues clause.
